- Sample Availability & Policy
Normally,we provide samples ,Which can be delivered in about two days. Questions and quotation for stock-item are within 24 hours. For OEM and ODM projects, we usually need three to four days for quotation.
- Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
We accept full responsibility if our products are found to be inferior in the agreed specifications including production defects. Delivery is within 35 to 45 days. We accept orders by authorized purchase through e-mail or fax. Payment is normally by T/T. For long term orders, we accept L/C at sight.
